Soften & Surrender into Slow so you can allow your mind to rest and experience more ease.
Are you ready to quiet the resistance that rises up when you try to relax? This course is designed to help you unhook from the thoughts that hijack you every time you try to be present or do a self-care activity.
In this course:
Module 1: Slow - Learn why some women struggle to go slow and activate the relaxation response, and why it is important.
Module 2: Reflect - Explore how your relationship with ‘slow’ was developed, why you struggle, and what continues to make it hard for you.
Module 3: Rewire - Start rewiring your brain and changing your relationship with slow through learning several types of techniques.

This is my comprehensive 8-10 week program that delves deeper into understanding your nervous system, connecting with your body, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

You will gain access to live weekly Q&As to clarify the educational content and an optional community group to connect with others on a similar path.

You have access to the course for 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing you to work through the content at your own pace.

Most online course content is pre-recorded so you can learn at your own pace. The Invitation to Align & Elevate program includes live weekly Q&A sessions where you can ask questions about the content in real-time.

Is there any crossover between the content of the courses?
While all courses draw from similar evidence-based therapeutic principles and focus on nervous system regulation, each course has been designed with distinct content, modules, and exercises with minimal cross over (e.g. basic principles of the nervous system that anyone taking one of the courses needs to know). The on-demand courses (Revitalise and Soften & Surrender into Slow) offer different tools and approaches to complement Invitation to Align & Elevate. Many participants may find that working through multiple courses deepens their understanding and provides a more comprehensive toolkit for supporting their well-being.
I'm not a woman or don't identify as a woman, can I buy the course?
Yes. While these courses are designed with women in mind, we welcome all individuals who resonate with the content and find it valuable for their well-being journey. Please just be mindful the language refers to women and females, and at times some of the education present within the course may not be relevant to you e.g. hormones. If you have any questions about whether a specific course is right for you, please reach out.
Who created these online courses?
All courses are created and facilitated by Natasha Kiemel-Incorvaia, a registered psychologist with 15 years of training in psychology and 10 years supporting women through evidence-based psychological tools.
What modalities are used in online mental health courses?
Our psychologist, Natasha's courses use an integrative approach drawing from multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic practices (both internal and external), polyvagal theory, vagus nerve stimulation, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, self-compassion techniques, rhythmic movement practices, and others, all designed to support your nervous system and overall well-being.
