Client Resources

Written by Natasha Kiemel-Incorvaia, Registered Psychologist | Last updated: March 2026

The Graciously You Psychological practice team is dedicated to increasing access to and awareness of readily available psychological resources. That is why we have provided access to resources our psychologist Natasha has created. As well as a list of external, free resources that may assist individuals in learning more about mental health and how they can engage in self-help style strategies. These articles and self-help strategies are not provided or designed to replace appropriate psychological intervention from a trained mental health professional. Rather, they are provided to empower individuals to actively participate in the management of their own mental health and well-being.

Please note, this is not an inclusive list and there are many other resources and organisations out there. We encourage you to source resources that work for you, from organisations that you trust.

Free 7‑Day Gratitude and Imagery Journal

In this section, we give you access to Gratitude With a Twist, a 7‑day gratitude and imagery practice journal created by Graciously You’s psychologist, Natasha Kiemel-Incorvaia.

This 7‑day journal weaves together gratitude and imagery practices, with information about how they work and the potential benefits for mental health and wellbeing. Each day includes guided prompts, an accompanying meditation track, and space to notice your emotions, body sensations and thoughts more clearly. You’ll also find an emotions catalogue, step‑by‑step instructions, an example of completed prompts, and a transcript of the audio track for those who prefer to work self‑guided. It is educational in nature and does not replace therapy or individual psychological care.

The Regulation Profile Quiz

Discover how your body may naturally try to support you when life feels overwhelming.

The Regulation Profile Quiz is a free 5‑minute psychoeducational questionnaire designed by Graciously You’s Psychologist to help you notice the sensory strategies your body may already respond to when you feel stressed, wired, flat, or disconnected. It does not provide diagnosis or assessment; instead, it offers gentle ideas you can start experimenting with in everyday life.

When you complete the quiz, you’ll receive:

  • A brief profile describing the sensory approaches your body may find supportive (for example, movement, sound, touch, vision, or scent).

  • A snapshot of how you have been coping recently, such as feeling more wound‑up, more shut‑down, or closer to steadier ground.

  • A short summary with a few practice ideas you can try this week, plus follow‑up emails that explain your profile and nervous system state in more depth.

It is free to complete, and your full results are delivered by email so you can return to them whenever you are ready.
